If there is NO solution for this issue, I'd like a refund and some form of compensation in the form of a free game for the amount of hours I have wasted since purchasing yesterday having been mis-sold a product WRONGLY labeeled as having FULL CONTROLLER SUPPORT. I just want to play the game I bought and was sold as a game that has FULL CONTROLLER SUPPORT. He discovers that he has been given the power of immortality by the swordsman, a man once known as the legendary Miyamoto Musashi, who now lives an endless existence as Aragami, a 'god of battle'. All right, let's say you really are Aragami. If this game says "Full Controller Support" but does not have ANY controller support, whatsoever, that is a mis-sold product. He's really ' Aragami ' a fury of wild violence, the Raging God of Battle. I open up the controller settings in the actual game and it has configuration for gamepads and keyboard/mouse but my pad does nothing.

Once I load the game from Big Picture mode (using my PS3 Controller) when the title screen comes up my PS3 controller does nothing. Do yiu have any settings/config for PS3 controllers? The game says Full Controller Support but it's not working. You can avoid cheesy english voice acting, and even use different combinations of the same.
